SHIPPING COST AND DUTY
THEMOIRè provides express worldwide shipping.
Duties for countries outside the European Union will not be included in the total payment and will not be paid by THEMOIRè.
It will be the customer's responsibility to pay the duties, if they are present in their country, at the time of delivery of their package.
In the event that the duties are not paid, the goods will not be delivered and will go into storage.
Subsequently it will be returned to THEMOIRè which will not take charge of the additional costs for the return.
These cost will be deduced from the customers' final refund.
Due to local customs policies, some shipments can be considered as commercial imports and not for personal use. Commercial imports require the intervention of a broker to issue the package and in this case customers will be required to choose a broker and pay for the customs clearance service. Unfortunately, the costs related to the disbursement through brokers are charged to the customer.

THE-MOIRE.COM ships worldwide using GLS, DHL and FEDEX.
Items that are already available will be dispatched in 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday) following order completion. During sales or special promotions, processing times may be longer.
Estimated transit time after dispatch:
USA and Canada: 1-4 business days, according to the final destination
Europe – European Union: 1-4 business days for major cities / 2-4 business days for remote areas
Europe – Non-European Union : 1-3 business days for major cities / 2-4 business days for remote areas
Latin America: 3-6 business days
Asia and the Middle East: 3-6 business days
Australia and Oceania: 2-6 business days
THEMOIRè cannot be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond the control of THEMOIRè.

SHIPMENT INFORMATION > SHIPMENT TRACKING
When the order is shipped, Clients receive a message from the courier specifying the tracking number.
In the event of delays in Customs, Clients will be notified directly by the courier and/or THE-MOIRE.COM.
SHIPMENT INFORMATION > SUCCESSFUL SHIPMENT DELIVERY
Upon delivery of every order, Clients are asked to inspect the box carefully BEFORE signing for the delivery. THE-MOIRE.COM packages are carefully sealed with a THE-MOIRE.COM logo printed tape around the sides of the box.
If for any reason the box looks tampered with, either sign for the package with reservations or refuse the package. In the event that the box has been signed for with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence that the package has been tampered with, open a claim immediately with the courier and contact THE-MOIRE.COM at SUPPORT@THE-MOIRE.COM. If the package is damaged or if an item is missing from inside, the packaging must be kept for further verification.
Any claim regarding damages, missing merchandise and/or delivery to the wrong address, must be received by THE-MOIRE.COM within 10 days from the order’s delivery date on the carrier’s website, otherwise the claim will not be accepted.
If the package is not successfully delivered to the Client’s address due to a lack of cooperation from the Client (wrong telephone number, wrong address, absent at address, non-compliance with import regulations) as per the THE-MOIRE.COM commercial agreement, the package may risk being sent back to Italy at the Client’s expense including any import fees that may be assessed upon re-entry to Italy. These fees will be deducted from any eventual reimbursement.
SHIPMENT INFORMATION > SHIPMENT INSURANCE
THE-MOIRE.COM shipments are insured against theft and accidental damage at no additional cost to the Client. Once the shipment reaches the destination, the goods are no longer insured.
